These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of cncexpertsolution.com and any services purchased from CNC Expert Solution ("we," "us," or "our"), including post processor development, CAM software integration, technical troubleshooting, training, and business consulting. By using our website or purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms.
We provide remote (and where available, on-site) CNC and CAM technical services, including but not limited to custom post processor development, post processor editing and optimization, CAM software configuration, technical problem diagnosis, training, and business consulting.
Pricing shown on our pricing page reflects starting prices for the specific scope described. Post processor development pricing varies based on the complexity of your machine, controller, and CAM software combination; final pricing for custom work is confirmed in writing before work begins.
To deliver accurate work, we rely on the information you provide, including your CAM software version, controller model and firmware version, machine specifications, and any existing files (post processors, NC files, or machine configurations). Delays or errors caused by inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you are not our responsibility.
We test post processors and integration work against simulation and, where files are provided, against your sample toolpaths, prior to delivery. We strongly recommend running a dry-cut or backplot verification on your own machine before full production use. We are not liable for damage, scrapped material, or downtime resulting from running delivered files on your machine without your own verification, or from machine hardware issues unrelated to the software delivered.
Payments are processed via our third-party payment providers (Stripe, PayPal, Wise). We do not store full payment card details on our own servers. All fees are quoted and charged in US Dollars unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Because our services involve custom technical work performed promptly after payment, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis — for example, if we are unable to deliver a working solution for the described problem. Contact info@cncexpertsolution.com to discuss a specific situation.
Custom post processors and configuration files developed for you become yours to use on your own machine(s) once paid in full. We retain the right to reuse general techniques, non-client-specific logic, and our own internal tools and templates in future work for other clients.
Machine configurations, post processor files, and business details you share with us are used only to complete your project and are not disclosed to other clients or third parties, except as described in our Privacy Policy.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CNC Expert Solution's total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost production time, lost profits, or material costs, arising from the use of delivered files or advice.
Our community discussion feature is provided for peer support between users. We do not guarantee the accuracy of advice posted by other members and are not responsible for content posted by users other than ourselves.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to our place of business, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless otherwise required by local consumer protection law applicable to you.
